Chase and I met on July 22, 2022 at the Young Lawyers Golf Tournament at Highland Park Golf Course. This day was also the 10 year anniversary of Chase's mom's passing from cancer, which we know is no coincidence and she definitely had a hand in our meeting.

I was there with my best friend, Ellie, who was hosting the happy hour after the golf tournament. Chase was playing in the tournament and reluctantly stopped by the happy hour for a few minutes afterwards. He was supposed to leave town right after to head home for his high school reunion. We sure are glad he stayed! We exchanged numbers and went on our first date to El Barrio that following week. Needless to say, the rest is history!

This past year has been filled with the greatest joy knowing we have found the person who we are going to spend forever with. We can't wait to celebrate with all of our friends and family on April 20, 2024!
